Our Managed G Suite For Education Setup service is provided at a very competitive rate of £475 + VAT.

We offer a very competitive price to enable and configure G Suite, which will enable schools to achieve a classroom environment and continue educating students and holding colleague meetings outside of the school.

  • Register and verify your current school domain with Google.
  • Register and verify a new school domain with Google. *
  • Set up a full GSuite Organisational Unit structure.
  • Configure security options as per Google Best Practices.
  • Create user accounts from provided spreadsheet or csv. **
  • Provide best practice settings on Chrome User and Device Management settings.
  • Setup Google Hangouts / Meet for key groups and give training on using Classroom.
  • Provide consultancy and documentation of recommendations.

* New school domains incur an additional cost and are registered for a 2 year period, please let us know if you wish for a new domain to be quoted as part of the GSuite setup, all available options will be presented to you

** We are also able to setup automatic systems to create accounts from your school MIS system via a third party tool, please let us know if you wish for an automatic user creation option to be quoted as part of the GSuite setup
